Future-Proof Your Parking.

Locations Wanted

Micromobility e-scooters and e-bicycles are changing how we move around our cities. Supporting these fleets sustainably and locally creates an opportunity for local property owners and parking lot operators.

Does your parking lot have “dead” corner space? Can you host a Perch portal in a vehicle-accessible spot for use by professional chargers or last-mile delivery people (not the general public).

Partnering with Perch Mobility presents an incredible opportunity to support an eco-friendlier way of mobility

Do you have an underutilized space on your property?

Hosts Make Good Neighbors

Perch is leading the micromobility electrification with highly efficient distributed solutions, and our hosts are the key component of the solution. Hosts provide sustainable charging and enjoy rental income as well as incremental traffic.

Ideal locations are surface parking lots—public and private,  24 hour businesses and community development centers.

Similar in size to full size parking space, a Perch Portal can be placed almost anywhere in underutilized space away from public right of way (streets, sidewalks).
